Located in the grounds of a 400-year-old Grade II listed Tudor Manor just outside Penzance, The Old Piggery is a gorgeous 2-bedroom converted stone barn, set on the hills above Mounts Bay – and with easy access to great beaches and things to do!

Benefitting from a recent refurbishment, the barn features an open plan lounge/dining area, with new Karndean wood flooring, while the comfortable lounge includes a leather sofa and two armchairs, plus Smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar and DVD player.
The high gloss cashmere kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer and slimline dishwasher, plus electric oven and hob. There’s also a breakfast bar with four leather stools, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower and is tiled throughout.
Keeping you warm and cosy
If the weather’s not playing ball, not to worry! The Old Piggery is double glazed throughout and includes a wood burning stove and infrared heating panels, ensuring a cosy environment, whatever the weather.
This is a really peaceful place to base yourself with many fabulous beaches on your doorstep and an abundance of quality restaurants and gastro-pubs in the local area.
